Custom private workout- choose from or combine sculpt / resistance / stretch. Descriptions below. $150 / 5 participants + $15 for additional guests Payments are accepted via Venmo during the visit. Email us with your info and we will reach out within 24 hours. We provide all equipment, mats, and set up. Stretch- This session is flexibility focused, alleviating tension through enhanced body awareness, and increasing range of motion all while set to a serene soundtrack. With personalized guidance, you'll learn proper technique and get support to target tight areas, unlock deeper stretches, and improve joint health. If you’re looking for injury prevention, improved posture, balance, mobility, rehabilitation, or just need to loosen up, we have a spot on the mat for you. This sequence will leave you feeling refreshed Sculpt (body weight training)- This session is designed to use your own weight to build strength and endurance, making it accessible and effective for all fitness levels- no machines or equipment needed. With a strong focus on core stability, you’ll jump, squat, and plank your way through a customized workout that keep things fresh and exciting. This is an upbeat music, tempo paced session full of variations, isometric holds, and plyometric movements, energizing and perfect for any level. Resistance- This circuit, banded workout targets both major and smaller supporting muscles, making it effective for building balanced, functional strength. The bands provide constant tension, helping stabilize and improve control during every rep. This session encourages slower, deliberate movements, perfect for developing mind-muscle connection. Isolating certain muscle groups while providing a full body workout, Lindsay has designed this to challenge you in a fun way- trust me you’ll feel the burn at the peak of each movement. We can keep the entire hour one selection (Stretch, Sculpt, Resistance), or we can break the hour into any two selections of your choice. We can totally customize these 3 options to match your vibe
