Participation in any activity is voluntary and at your own risk. Always consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program. LainSnow Active and its trainers are not responsible for any injury, illness, or other issues that may arise from participation in our classes, events, or training sessions. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

• Health & Safety: You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in classes or training sessions.

• Liability Waiver: By attending, you release LainSnow Active, its trainers, and partners from any claims related to injury, loss, or damages that may occur.

• Payments & Cancellations: All class and event fees must be paid prior to participation. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.

• Media Release: Photos and videos may be taken during events. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in marketing unless you opt out in writing.

• Community Guidelines: Respect for fellow participants and trainers is required at all times. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the class environment.
