Mat Barre inspired. The first half we are flexibility & mobility focused, alleviating tension through enhanced body awareness, and increasing range of motion all while set to a serene soundtrack. This is the restorative wake up your body needs. With personalized guidance, you'll learn proper technique and get support to target tight areas, unlock deeper stretches, and improve joint health. If you’re looking for injury prevention, improved posture, balance, mobility, rehabilitation, or just need to loosen up, we have a spot on the mat for you. The first half of this sequence will leave you feeling refreshed The second half we’re kicking up the music and sculpting through body weight training. This is designed to use your own weight to build strength and endurance, making it accessible and effective for all fitness levels- no machines or equipment needed. With a strong focus on core stability, we’ll push, squat, and plank through a customized workout that keep things fresh and exciting. This is an upbeat music, tempo paced workout full of variations, isometric holds, and plyometric movements; energizing and modifiable for ANY level. Core and stability focused.
