Service Description

Beginner friendly gentle yoga flow for all levels by @lowtideflow. Mindful movement, slow breath, & focus. (Begins April 24) We meet to the right of the pier in the sand, free parking at the OIB pier for class • Payments are accepted via Venmo or cash during the visit • 10% discount at the Lainsnow store for attending any (1) session during the week. (Store address: 1 Causeway Drive, Ocean Isle Beach)
